Policies

All appointments require a 30% non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking. Failure to pay your deposit will result in your booking being cancelled. Booking fees are transferrable to another appointment time if more than 24 hours notice of a change has been given. If less than 24 hours notice of a change is given you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Booking fees can be paid online via the booking app or by bank transfer.

If you have a gift voucher, please provide a photo of the voucher when booking. The voucher can then be used to confirm your appointment as a booking fee. 24 hours or more must be given to reschedule or cancel your appointment, failure to give 24hours notice will mean that the voucher will be void due to late cancellation/rescheduling.

Your appointment time is booked especially for you. If you are running late, please let me know in advance and I will do my best to accommodate your appointment, however time may not permit for me to complete your full service. This means that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that i am running on time for my next client.

If you arrive fifteen minutes late or more, I will need to reschedule your appointment so that I can provide you with the best quality service.

 

If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please let me know ASAP. I need at least 24 hours notice. This ensures that I can offer your appointment to somebody else. Booking fees are non-refundable. You can reschedule your appointment and your booking fee will be transferred over to your future booking, however this must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, failure to do so will result in a 100% late cancellation fee. You can reschedule you appointment twice, if you need to reschedule again after that you will lose your booking fee. Appointment non-attendance will also result in a 100% cancellation fee.
